Pasta and Meatballs

INTRODUCTION

A simple meatball pasta for the whole family to enjoy.

  • 700g Lean Mince
  • 400g Pasta of your choice
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Tins of chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Box of passata (Tomato Purée)
  • 1 Pepper (Any colour)
  • 2 Tablespoon Spice of your choice
  • Grated Cheese

Bring Pan of water to the boil, add pasta.

Preheat grill, separate mince into equal sized chunks and roll into balls.

Place chunks on grill, turn occasionally until cooked evenly.

Chop onion and pepper and add to separate pan, heat until they soften then add chopped tomatoes, passata and spices to the mix and stir.

When pasta is cooked, drain and add to the mix, stir in well.

When meatballs are cooked take off grill and add to mix and stir in.

Continue to stir mixture thoroughly, bring to simmer.

Serve, add grated cheese on top of serving. Enjoy!!!
