With all our workouts do them as fast or as slow as you feel comfortable doing.

Listen to your body. If you want to take a rest of longer than 30 seconds, that’s fine.

Just do as much as you feel you are able to.

Adopt each of the positions one after the other.

Repeat 12 times.

Rest for 30 seconds.

Repeat three times.
